“They had clean rooms, staff were really helpful and friendly. The breakfast was limited but delicious, great overall experience will definitely stay at this hotel more often.”

“Beds weren’t that comfortable. Definitely need new mattresses! Requested more towels and staff wanted to exchange them for dirty ones that we didn’t have at the moment so additional ones were not given. Coffee and water for tea were not kept hot.”

“The rooms were very dirty. There was hair all over the beds and in the bathrooms, and the bed sheets were stained and appeared unclean. The staff was unfriendly and provided poor customer service throughout my stay. The biggest disappointment was the pool it wasn’t working, which was the main reason I chose to book this hotel in the first place. Overall, I had a very disappointing experience and would not recommend staying here.”
