The downstairs was very roomy and also comfortable just hang out and play games. “Perfect location for skiing at Diamond Peak for 4 young adults and 2 seniors. Well equipped kitchen except it does not have an electric tea kettle. Con: Parking Card was not available when we arrived (same item was reported in past reviews). Instruction on how to lock the door should be given/emailed on the day of check in. Overall, happy with our stay - reasonable rate compared to 2 similar properties nearby.”

“We loved our stay at Kenny's home in Incline! We were there for our micro-wedding in Tahoe so we needed a rental that was going to accommodate our family and friends. Unfortunately, the jets of the hot tub didn't work during our stay but Kenny called us and tried to get it fixed. It was just a bigger issue that needed parts ordered. Otherwise, everything was great!”

“The location of this condo is great, but there are many things that need to be addressed. Cleanliness, updating and maintenance of listed amenities should be corrected. There were real issues with the lock box AND door locks. Both made it very difficult to enter the rental, delaying us. The lock box and both door locks should be replaced ASAP. The place seemed clean initially, but quickly noticed many things that need to be cleaned better. The baseboards are really dirty, there is calcification...
