“Room was clean, bath/shower is unsafe, tv's need upgraded, maybe an emergency generator for power outage. Staff watched me walk right by going towards my room and they could have at least said something about the power being out and that our room key would not work. Creepy hallways in the dark. We had to walk back up front and request access into our room. I did not feel safe. ”

“We arrived at the property after they sent the code to the unit via a virtual chat. The code worked and the light turned green but it would not unlock the door. Three different people tried to help us and were calling people from the property. No help, we got a phone # from Expedia chat and got voicemail that said they seldom check messages and to text them, we did and waited . We were in the ghetto parking lot for 2 hours.
