“This is an incredibly nice hotel with lots of interesting artifacts on display, an excellent conference room, nice continental breakfast, and very comfortable and spacious rooms. There are no elevators but there are only 2 floors. This may influence your decision whether to stay here if stairs are a problem for you. The staff members are articulate, very friendly and helpful. “This was the perfect pick for a hometown feel. The property was beautiful inside and out, rooms were clean, the housekeeping staff was excellent and so was the front desk. The restaurant inside the property was an added touch, with fresh homestead breakfast and lunch options that were delicious. The resturant staff was polite and had amazing customer service. “We arrived with no water for the first night and next morning. On the second night we did not have water until after 7:00 p.m. and then no hot water. Out of 3 night stay we had hot water for only one night. No refund was offered or given because 'we booked through Expedia'.”

“The bathroom tub was slow to drain and there was a lightbulb out in the bathroom. The door to the room had a big gap when closed which let light and sounds in and had us wonder about how secure it was. Water was not provided in the room and the water machine for filling a bottle was not on after breakfast service was over.”

“I booked this room for my wife and kids when they were traveling. They said the room smelled like weed, but they didn’t want to change rooms because they didn’t want to deal with the rudeness of the front desk again.”

“No smoke detector carpet shredded place smelled it was disgusting. Somehow they up charged the rooms to almost $300 a night which I had to pay as we were out of town for a wedding and there is nothing else in the area. Place is a dump wish I could get my money back”

“The breakfast had nothing healthy except oatmeal. The room had empty shower gel and soap containers. I always check for bed bugs. When I removed the sheets I discovered a very very large Urine stain on the mattress . I paid $550 for this 2 night stay.”
