“I reserved a room eight months in advance, but when my family arrived at the property they did not have the room type we booked. There were 4 of us, I booked a room with 2 queen beds and they gave us one king bed and a pull out couch. The front desk mildly apologized, but that was it. We had an uncomfortable stay.”

“Nice place overall. As a smoker, I was thrilled to have smoking rooms, the noise level was very low, except for the first day, which was just a guy on the phone...extremely loud. Now for the value...can't be matched. Excellent price. I willl definitely be staying at this motel 6 again.”

“The breakfast buffet was top notch, and staff worked hard to keep it stocked and fresh and the dining area tidy. The room was modern and well-appointed, and the beds very comfortable. Parking is in an enclosed ramp connected directly to the hotel--very secure. We didn't get a chance to take a swim or get a workout, but both spaces looked very well kept. “We had a long suite nice and spacious for 2-3 people. Fridge, microwave, 2 TVs Pool, hot tub I’ve never had a hotel give a free breakfast and supper and drinks! Location is great for the Arena. Lots of restaurants literally down the street. 10 pizza places! Great all around hotel and area!”

“We checked in at 11:45 PM, unpacked and got ready for bed. Then looked up at the ceiling and there was a spider right over one of the beds. We called staff to take care of it. I guess they aren't prepared for things like this because the staff person tried to knock it down, which was a mistake on his part, and then it was running around under the bed as he said. “Clean room, warm, no where to park”

“Service was great. The beds and pillows were so comfortable! The bar and restaurant were closed down for the night and that’s why we stayed there for that reason. Very disappointing. ”

“Only one person was checking people in and the line of people was wrapped around the lobby. Our room had thick dust on the lamp and table edges and there was a sock under the bed. No faceial wipes. Convenient place to stay for concerts but expensive for the condition our room was in and the long wait to check in.”
