“Motel was under renovation, so a bit messy. There is an ice machine, but did not use any of the amenities. Hotel seems to good value for what we paid.”

“AC was completely turned off so it was 83 degrees when we walked into our room at nearly 10pm after driving all afternoon. Good news is that the AC did cool down the room within a few hours but it was a rough start to get to sleep. Bathroom seemed very clean, but there was some food debris on the floor in the room and a bit of hair on the sheets. Pillows were quite flat. “Under renovation which it needs. Feels old and dated. Fitness center being worked on so could not use. Pool and hot tub were open but they need to go in and scrub all the old work down stains and make fresh”

“I am overwhelmed at the thoughtfulness and kindness of the manager of this property Cliff. He went above and beyond on my short stay here!! He offered the staff wifi when I couldn’t get connected. He welcomed me when I checked in late and was so tired. He got me a fresh breakfast when things were out and delivered to my room. He really changed my way of thinking of a super8 on a last min stop. I cannot rave enough of his commitment to his property and management!! Thank you!!”

“Friendly Staff”

“My room had all the important requirements, clean sheets, bathroom, and floors. Shower had hot water and great water pressure. The owner was kind enough to allow me keep my flowers outside on the sidewalk in front of my room. Nice and friendly old style motor lodge that were so prominent in my youth in the 60’s and 70’s. ”

“We were pleasantly satisfied with the overall service provided by this hotel and our check in on duty staffer at about 2320 hrs..this is our regular annual overnight hotel stay on our way to NY tri-state area for the last few years.”

“Because of the graduation at VT their prices were inflated (all hotels & motels were) but it was the cheapest I could find. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The place is older and could use some renovating. Overall a good place to stay, nice friendly staff.”

“The room was immaculate and comfortable. The staff were nice, especially Kim, who prepared a delicious breakfast each day. The only reason I scored it a 4 instead of a 5 is that breakfast was an additional charge that I did not realize until our arrival and housekeeping texted us about our needs and I requested fresh towels that we never received. “Wonderful area, lots to do & see. Just off the Blue Ridge Parkway. So very quiet up there, large porch, lots of rocking chairs & a swing. They had a spacious interior(living room & separate dining room), library with puzzles & games. Good Coffee & tea Excellent food! Staff was personable but were careful to give you space. Can't wait to go back!”
