“Check-in was easy. Everyone was very friendly! the lobby, the restaurant was good! There was a Starbucks in the hotel that was clean and friendly. The lobby was clean, spacious and well kept! There’s a bar inside the lobby, bartender wasfriendly, great service. restaurants, shopping, and theater all within walking distance. We will definitely be coming back and staying here again”

“Overpriced. Maintenance of renovated room lacking. Nice renovation as far as furniture but beaten up a bit. Front desk staff was great.courteous and helpful. ”

“The air-conditioning did not work. The unit was dirty and smelled of smoke even though it was a non smoking unit. The toilet seat was broken and held on with only one bolt. There were no glasses provided in in the room. They did not have a replacement room. We were forced to find a different hotel. Told us we could only get back our deposit. The agent was rude considering the service.”

“No spa no pool. Room was ok. Bed was comfortable. Noone at the desk had to call for them via phone. Chechout didnt get reciept. Noone came down when i cheched out. ”

“Didn’t have time to use the pool, but the room was very comfortable, clean, and the staff at the front desk was seriously some of the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. The sofa trundle bed was huge! My 6ft 14 year old slept on it and fit great! Would def stay again!”

“The staff were very accommodating in changing our room when the 1st room we were given Rm#310 reeked of cigarette/cigar smoke. Our eyes began watering & noses were burning literally the second we opened the door to Rm#310. The property is older & rooms could use some updating, but everything was clean. The Fitness Center was adequate. The Breakfast had a wide variety of food & my only suggestion is the hot foods were only warm. Parking was plentiful & well lit. ”
