“Bathroom door didn't close. Remote for TV didn't work. In order to access wifi, had to call an 800#. Never heard of that before? Typically, it's written on your card. The pool was shut down due to issues”

“Pulling into the motel the roof looked a mess and when my husband went in to register the lobby smelled awful and the chairs were torn and dirty. We contacted Expedia and they called the manager who refused to let them can the reservation. The room was ok, nice bed and tv. Bathroom needed work/repairs.”

“Staff was great. Unfortunately Expedia told me we could check in early. When we got to the hotel we were told that wasn’t correct. They had no rooms available. We had to wait for 2 hours. Hotel was great but Expedia wasn’t”

“Stay here if you want to hear intimate moments of your neighbors waking you through the night. I'm not a prude. The walls and doors are paper thin. Dirty entry to building.Dirty halls, Dirty room. Moldy shower. Yellow gunk, hair and God knows what else thriving behind the bathroom door. The elevator cried with every move, beat up, wallpaper ripped, chunks of paint knocked off the sad walls. The whole place smelled like dog pee. This needs torn down or shut down and sanitized and rebuilt. Gross.”

“Rooms were very clean. I think this is one of the only hotels I have felt truly safe with staying by myself. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the property itself is beautiful. Their thermostats were also very nice, typically hotels don't have them, but I appreciated that this one did!”

“The toilet is wobbly, and when flush, the water would run for hours. The top latch is gone. Other than that, the evening staff Jennifer provide comforting and helpful service when the power went out. She is a joy to talk to. Thank her for excellent customer service.”

“Hotel room was extremely dated it look like they bought all the furniture from a thrift store the couch and desk chair was made of leather and it was peeling real bad and the bed was made cheaply only reason I couldn’t leave cause all the other hotels were booked”

Room was very clean, quite large (although that didn't really matter since we weren't in the room all that much) but most importantly, the shower was great! Oftentimes, the shower in a hotel is a letdown and leaves me feeling a bit unsatisfied, but the showers at this particular location were fantastic.”

“The hotel was conveniently located right off the highway. There was an Aldis, Walmart,Culvers and more right across the street. Also a Starbucks right next door. I was impressed with the breakfast choices. There was sausage,bacon and a premade omelet or egg patty along with fresh fruit, waffles,cereal,yogurt and many others. More choices than I have seen in many hotels. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and room was quiet We took the train into Chicago so it was about a 10 minute drive...

“Room had toothpaste splattered on the mirror, someone’s hair all over the floor in the bathroom, huge stains on the walls, used tissue in the toilet. I tried to flush it and the toilet didn’t seem to want to flush I tried3 times and it finally went down and the phone in the room had some sort of grease all over it and was never cleaned. Very disgusting!! Also it was right by the expressway and traffic was down to one lane due to construction and there was a very loud constant banging noise every...
