“Gabriel was a very accommodating and friendly guy at check in. Our room was clean and comfortable but the bathroom could use some updating.also for the price you pay to stay the breakfast buffet should be included to all people just like most of their competitors.”

“We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We had an issue with a leaking air conditioner when we first arrived and after speaking to the gentleman at the front desk he apologized and quickly switched our room. Rooms were clean, plenty of towels and amenities.”

“Website stats there is a whirlpool onsite, there is not. Supposed to serve pasties and such for Breakfast 6:00-9:00 am, 845am no pastries not staff to serve. Complimentary coffee all day was cold.”

“We booked a room with a roll-in shower because my wife has balance issues and can't stand for very long. When we got to the room, it had a tub. Went to the check in desk...Sorry. Do you have a portable shower seat for the tub? No. Sorry. Ended up we were sorry we chose this hotel.”

“The best hotel stay we have had. It was very clean. The staff were very helpful. Really loved the full kitchen in our room. Mike was the breakfast chef and went above and beyond. I have a food allergy and he was very kind and helpful helping me find food to eat. I have never had this kind of customer service. I hope Element recognizes the quality of person that they have in their employ. Element will be my go to from now on.”

“The toilet was dirty but had a sanitized paper on it. Found hair in the shower so I can only assume it wasn’t clean either. Elevator seemed like it was going to breakdown any minute. Took the stairs the entire stay. Sheets seemed to be clean. Only two very small drawers to put clothes in and one was broke.”

“Excellent location. It would have been a 5 star stay. The problem was that there were multiple teenager athletic teams staying there. They were extremely noisy, running up and down the hallway yelling and making noise like crazy. At one point during the evening, they opened a fire door somewhere causing the alarms to go off. Everyone had to evacuate their rooms. All of this of course does not reflect badly on the hotel or the staff, which were top notch. I would however maybe monitor...

“The staff were absolutely fantastic! Very friendly and professional. The room i stayed in definitely could use some attention to detail cleaning wise and some updates. The a/c unit did not work very well and the door definitely needed to be replaced. It stuck and the extra locks were non functioning. Over-all the stay was ok. If traveling back to that area I would stay again.”

“AC unit in the room was very dirty and cover was falling off. Room had a very musty smell. At breakfast food was not being checked by staff. Items were filled only when asked. ”
