Newly renovated home & guest house with game room.

Newly renovated 4 bedroom 2 bath home including guest house. Main house is 1000 square feet 2 bedroom 1 bath with open floor plan and full kitchen with large island. Guest house is 1600 square feet 2 bedroom 1 bath and full kitchen also, and has a 700 square foot game room with 65” TV, pool table, ping pong table, darts, virtual pinball and arcade machine. The perfect place to hang out. Easily sleeps 8 people and would be great for 2 families or large family with teens. Everything is brand new.

We stayed here with 2 families of 4 - parents and 2 kids each. One family stayed in the main house and the other the guest house. This is a great space with room to get together in each house - especially the game room in the guest house. The kids had a blast (and the adults too.) The washer/dryer came in handy. The supplies in the houses were plenty and we had what we needed. The host was very responsive to messages and even checked in after a storm the one night to make sure everything was ok. We definitely recommend this property and would stay here again when coming to town.

We spent 3 days with family in Indianapolis for the holidays. This house fit the bill with the perfect number of bedrooms and a rec/game room that was fun for the whole group. The house was very clean and nicely appointed with little extras throughout like toothbrushes, Kleenex, coffee pods, etc. It was close to a major road for easy access but in a quiet neighborhood. It was a great experience and I recommend it for those visiting the area.

This house is great. The older people staying in the house and the younger people stayed in garage with the game room. It is so nice. Thank you for the free coffee and all the activities. We will be back. Awesome house and area. Loved it

This house was super nice and clean and the kids absolutely loved the game room! They were begging us to buy the house and move! Nice neighborhood! I went for a nice long run one morning. If we need a place to stay near Indy in the future it will be here.

This rental was amazing, 2 bedrooms in the main house along with 2 bedrooms in the second building both with full living room/ dinning room & kitchen. The street is quite, drive way could easily fit 6 car’s comfortably. And the game room was on POINT. For sure booking this place again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
