The rooms were not clean and mold on the curtains. Staff was rude and would not grant a refund after room inspection. The pictures for this property are not accurate at all. Plus they charged $25 to my card and did not return it.

Room was aweful. Toilet was not properly installed and rocked when you sat on it. Bathtb was chipped and cracked. Children were running up and down the hall until all hours of the night. We got very little sleep.

The hotel is in the middle of remodeling. The room was spacious and the beds comfortable.

Nightmare motel... please run away

Please do yourself a favor not to go there. Worst motel a ever booked. It was so bad that I went in at 5:15 am and check out at 10 same day and they didn’t want to refund me for the next day I didn’t stay. I started feeling sick after entering the room. Pillow was new watched, very dirty , dust everywhere , smoke smell in a non smoking room. I should get a refund ...please

For 1 the staff was rude and housekeeping had liquor on their cart! There was a big roach we killed. The bathroom and sheets had hair all over them.The window was broken, ac plug had a shortage in it. No wifi and ONLY antenna channels. Maybe 3 total.

Somehow the management of the Royal Inn has the ability to turn the hot water on and off at there desecration. The first two days I spent there I did not have hot water when I wanted to have it. Upon arrival the microwave i the room did not work properly and burned food, it was exchanged for another microwave the continually tripped the circuit breaker on the plug strip that it was plugged into and would mot run for more than two minutes at a time. I requested another room and was reluctantly given another room that had hot water and a working microwave only to discover that the television didn't work and spent the night without TV. during the course of my stay I requested an extension cord to enable me to plug in the CPAP machine I used every night to breath when I sleep. I left the extension cord in the first room that I vacated and was told by the desk clerk that my security deposit would be withheld because I didn't return the extension cord to him. I managed to get my deposit back only because I asked that he call his supervisor which resulted in getting my deposit returned.
