Completely disorganised with lack of clear communication and no acknowledgement of disruption and no apology received. Cannot comment on this property, we stayed elsewhere. We arrived on a hot afternoon & the air conditioning had been put on for our arrival which was really appreciated. The house was a magnificent home away from home & very well appointed. “Plenty of space for big family to relax and enjoy together. The beds and couches were comfortable and kitchen area very functional. It was nice to have a courtyard but it needs a spuce up to make it look less neglected. The hosts were very quick to respond to questions and provided plenty of supplies, condiments, tea/coffee etc to make our stay comfortable. Lovely area of Albury and great to have park, playground and oval across the road to walk our pet. Will definitely come back to stay when...

“Bedrooms as big as ballrooms!This split-level house is big enough to get lost in. Floors and bathrooms were well cleaned and beds were comfortable although the oven had not been checked for rotting food left by previous tenants, and not wiped out. The garbage bin was overflowing, but owner explained there is only fortnightly pick up.The main bedroom with ensuite and walk in robe is pure luxury but unfortunately located on the middle level, which means occupants of the two bedrooms on the upper...
