Hotel vicino a Industry City - New York

“Hotel in una posizione ottima a pochi passi dalla stazione metro R che va’ diretta in centro ( Time square) . La colazione buona, le camere per una famiglia di 4 persone sono piccole mentre il bagno è grande con una doccia comodissima .Sicuramente lo consiglio .”

“The area around the hotel is a little rough but the hotel itself was clean and tidy. It is located close to the train and parking on the streets was fairly open when we were there. Good breakfast, and friendly staff. The Laundry room worked well and it has a decent fitness room.”

“Albergo trascurato. La notte devi scegliere se dormire o avere freddo perché se accendi l’aria condizionata non dormi per il rumore assurdo delle macchine, in qualsiasi stanza, visto che ho dovuto chiedere di cambiare dopo la prima notte per i rumori esterni assurdi. Pulizia scarsa, ho trovato delle unghia tagliate nel bagno. Mai avuto una esperienza così negativa ”

“Al primo impatto la location è sembrata al di sotto delle aspettative, eravamo stanchi dal viaggio di ritorno dalle cascate del Niagara.In stanza non è presente nessun armadio ci sono solo 4 stampelle! Il pagamento era stato eseguito con una prepagata in Italia mesi prima. Mi sono portato una carta di credito che non coincideva con quella in loro possesso, così mi hanno stornato quanto pagato prima e hanno accreditato sulla carta di credito, facendomi ripagare la quota che la banca prende al...

“Property was good. Employee in the morning. She was horrible. She come front of my door arguing telling me to check out me . 3 days they didn’t give me room service. They said they clean every 3 days. So I clean my room. ”

“Room was super cute and very clean. The staff was super helpful especially if you door dash/uber eats or would like to extend your stay with late check out. Everything is through text and very discreet which is so nice. And the ambiance just 10/10”

“The hotel was poor. My room was so incredibly small that I had to open my suitcase in the bathroom (paradoxically pretty large). There was a folded desk but there was litteraly no space to open it so it only served as night table. I could hardly walk in the room. Open the door, two steps leading to the bathroom and the rest of the space was the bed. there was a night lamp but since there was only one plug if i wanted to recharge my phone I had to unplug the lamp. “potrebbe essere un buon hotel se non fosse per i precari o assenti servizi di base. camere sporche, in cinque giorni rifatta solo una volta su mia richiesta, sporco nelle scale usate per raggiungere la camera al 5 piano con ascensore non funzionante, si ha l'impressione di un hotel agonizzante condannato ad un futuro totale degrado.Gentile il personale anche se molto passivo.Deludente!”
