“The staff were lovely and very accommodating throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the rooms themselves are quite dated, which was a little disappointing given the price point of $450+ per night. Our room was located directly above a wedding reception, and the noise was very loud until after 11pm. I think rooms on that side of the property would be better allocated to wedding guests, as it would likely have less impact on their stay. “Toilet ran out of toilet paper, and the spare rolls under the sink were completely soaked from water, don't know where the water was coming from. The bathroom ledge was completely covered in dead flying insects, and the couch was like sitting in concrete. All night all you could hear was banging doors, as all door entries would slam shut. Sliding glass door to the balcony was absolutely filthy from dirt that hadn't been cleaned in months.”
