“Ci hanno dato una stanza che dava sulla strada davvero rumorosa, non c'erano tendine leggere per avere privacy, colazione discreta, internet buono, scelto per il prezzo e per la vicinanza allo Shenandoah national Park. E' un hotel che ha di sicuro conosciuto tempi migliori”

“Easy parking, great location. The room was quiet and very comfortable.”

“The girl at the desk when I checked in was great but the guy when I checked out acted like I was bothering him. The room wasn’t very clean to the point where I had my shoes on the whole time. I used wipes to clean the bathroom down before I used it and I needed a lot and they were very gross when I put them in the trash. Towels smelled like they used way too much bleach to clean them.”

“I was given a room on the third floor without elevators. I think I was the only person staying at the hotel so I decided since I was a solo traveler I was given a room for one person and maybe because I booked thru Expedia, I don’t know. The room was very comfortable. Restaurant and bar were closed until later in the week. I was there on a Monday so beware of limited places to eat and drink on a Monday evening. The desk clerk goes home at 9 pm but there is a number to call after hours for a...

“My only comment is that I forget we now have to request our room be made up. For a two night stay, I don’t need clean linens, but it would have been nice to have the bed made and the towels folded. I’ll have to remember to make that request in the future. All staff were very nice.”

“Not impressed. Some weird stains on the mattress cover and beside the bed. Sheets were clean. Bed was comfy. Dirty sink. Stained shower curtain and bedspread. Checking in, staff was great. Day staff was not nice and barely spoke. Lady running breakfast was very rude when someone told her the coffee was empty. Property very dated. Not worth what we paid.”

“Horrible experience, property is disgusting. The whole hotel smells like cigarettes and drugs. They don’t clean the rooms. There was diarrhea on the floor sheets had stains on them. I got a headache and sick to my stomachjust from being there.. not only did they refuse to give me a refund they tried to hit my account for a second time. This place is a hustle. If you want to experience hell This is the spot.”

“The air conditioning was good, but don’t expect much ice from the ice machine. I barely managed to fill my water bottle. The refrigerator worked well and had a nice freezer. I appreciated grab bars in the bathtub. The beds were comfortable.”
