“Sinceramente, ci aspettavamo meglio da un Hotel della catena Holiday Inn express. Il bagno non era pulito come si deve e la colazione non era all’altezza di un Holiday express. Siamo arrivati con 30 minuti di anticipo rispetto all’orario del check-in e nonostante l’hotel fosse vuoto, c’è stato detto che dovevamo ritornare mezz’ora dopo.”

“We booked 2 rooms for July 4 weekend, back in 11/2025. 2 weeks before our trip the hotel sent an email to cancel the booking unilaterally citing “HVAC” issues. You could still book the same rooms from their website or Expedia but they were now double the price! They must’ve seen high demand for the weekend (a convention was going on at the Greater Richmond Convention Center), and they canceled booked reservations to book the same rooms for double the rate. This is price gouging at its worst!...

“Expedia listing states there is a heated rooftop pool-there is no pool. Otherwise a pretty typical reliable Hampton Inn location.”

“My flight got cancelled so i had to book a room for a night. The pictures online make it seem so updated and modern. So I reserved this hotel. In reality, the hotel is old and outdated. It looks like they are trying make renovations, but its not even close. The hotel is dark and smells like musty carpets. The dining area was presentable, but the waitresses were not friendly. It was almost if I was bothering them when I asked what was good the eat. The food itself was ok but nothing great...

“By far 1 of the cleanest hotels I’ve been to in a minute. Each glass and dish was wiped down to perfection. Called the front desk 1 time for more sheets and they were there in 30 seconds. I said well d***! lol. Great service. Just let people know that parking is additional instead of just charging cards.”
