Hotel vicino a Inner Space Cavern - Austin

“Brand new property and pretty good amenities and location. Shower rod hung incorrectly so water went all over the bathroom floor. The breakfast was nice but disorganized.”

“Was put in a smoking room and was not asked when checking in. Bed sheets and entire room stank. Had a big fall out of my clothes the next morning. AC was very noisy. Building was in poor repair. Lobby doors stuck and were over lapping.”

“Memorial Day electric went out for 2hours,no hot water until after 7am and our air conditioner was leaking water i was advised staff ..no accommodation.”
