“Breakfast was good Our room was taken when we unlocked the door After awhile they managed to get us another room”

“Nice folks, but the property was a bit run down. Bed was comfortable, room was relatively clean. ”

“Breakfast was really good and staff friendly. Parking good and several spots to park. Pool was not open and would have been nice to just sit outside. Only issue was the floor above us (RM107) we could hear a dog running back and forth on floor and early this morning around 6:30am the dog started barking while we were trying to sleep. ”

“The hot tub has been filled in, The swimming pool is not available. They told us it had been out of order for about 3 days, 1 of the workers said they had been employed there for 3 months and its never had water in it since they started. That area is a storage area and smoking post for employes. We were on the 3rd floor and the weed smell from it being smoked would give you a contact high if there long. The breakfast would have been decent if there had been a scoop for the cereal, no milk in...

“Air conditioning was good ”

“Dryer in laundry was not working and has not been working for awhile. Took 4 hours to get 1 load of laundry done. House keeping walked in without knocking. It was very scary!”

“My staff was almost excellent. The facility was experiencing some updates and therefore a little construction was going on. However, the plastic sheeting and prior notification of what I would see was appreciated and very helpful. All the staff from the front desk to the servers for breakfast to the housekeeping staff were very friendly. Made the stay pleasant!”

“I get it, the place is old but the microwave didn’t work right; there was no shampoo and only one little bar of soap for both shower and sink. It would have been nice if there was a deadbolt in the door but alas there wasn’t, just a hole, so only a chain to keep anyone out. And a gap in the door to the outside. The parking lot needs attention for sure. But the mattress was good. The girl at the desk was friendly. I would not stay there again. A sad tribute to Will Rogers.”

“Location was excellent and staff helpful. Property not well maintained, cleaning staff was minimal. Resulted in a very mediocre stay. Would rate (generously) 3 out of 5 stars!”

“The hotel was very nice. Rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Staff were friendly and quick to help. Would definitely stay here again. The only thing I didn’t love about the experience was that they allowed people to smoke in the casino. The first floor did not smell fresh.”

“Only stayed for one night since we were driving thru. It smelled like the hotels in Vegas, like lots of perfume. It makes sense since it's across the street from a casino. We woke up too early for breakfast, but there's also restaurants nearby.”
