“Hotel was undergoing renovation and hence a bit messy. Front desk staff is excellent. They do not allow guest to cut queue and politely ask them to wait their turn.
Breakfast is alright and service is good. They remember your selection on your second visit and will deliver it to your table.
Had dinner at the cafe on the second floor. Food is good and so is the service.
Bed is comfortable but the floor is a bit sticky so did not try to go barefoot. Generally housekeeping is good. ”
“L'hotel ha vissuto certamente tempi migliori, le stanze sono mediamente spaziose però l'arredamento è un po' lasciato andare. Bagno non eccezionale ma pulito.
Il fiore all'occhiello è il ristorante che offre una vasta gamma di piatti locali e che fa dei piatti di pesce il suo punto di forza anche se i tempi d'attesa spesso vanno oltre l'accettabile.
Ha una palestra molto piccola e una piscina anch'essa di piccole dimensioni piazzata su un terrazzo.

“The property is perfect if you don’t want the hustle of downtown Mumbai. It is in the industrial area about 40 minutes out, around 1200 Indian Rupees uber into Mumbai. The hotel is lovely, staff are excellent, as is the food. Breakfast was sensational. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay outside the central area.”

“I remained in this hotel for one night is an ITC member but nothing of the ITC The check in and checkout is sufficient prompt . The rooms are not so much big and also no so well take care. The Indian restaurant doesn’t look well and also is to much dark the food is very normal I have tested also the mutton kolapuri and not was so spicy. The breakfast is various but the Indian typical as iddli and dosa are no so good.

An obviously, my early-checkin request was also not communicated to the Hotel. This is purely the service provider's problem and I have been having 2nd such bad experience with your site.
