Il fiore all'occhiello è il ristorante che offre una vasta gamma di piatti locali e che fa dei piatti di pesce il suo punto di forza anche se i tempi d'attesa spesso vanno oltre l'accettabile. “The staff was extremely hospitable. From the receptionist to the waiters, the director of dining (who personally prepared a to go bag of local spices per my request) and bar man. Everyone on the property made you feel like your satisfaction was their utmost priority. The hotel was also immaculately clean with vibrant decor in all areas. It’s an hour drive from downtown Mumbai but well worth the commute. I highly recommend this hotel.”

“I remained in this hotel for one night is an ITC member but nothing of the ITC The check in and checkout is sufficient prompt . The rooms are not so much big and also no so well take care. The Indian restaurant doesn’t look well and also is to much dark the food is very normal I have tested also the mutton kolapuri and not was so spicy.
