The staff was super courteous, responding immediately to my needs. The room was spacious, the bed was firm and comfortable and the bathroom was very clean, all the fixtures were like new and the shower was a luxury! The AC was quiet and worked reliably. “At the check-in, the credit card machine was not working. They tried my three cards with no success. Finally the check-in person accepted that there was nothing wrong with all my cards. After we moved in our room, we found out that the TV in the room was not working. They tried to fix the TV and eventually gave up and gave us another room. ”

The odor and cleanliness of the room were my first issue, the lighting (super dark, faulty lines etc) was second, the restaurant area being very messy and crowded and unclean was the third.”
