“I ask for an upstairs quiet room because I am a light sleeper. The girl at the front desk put me in 341 which turned out to be right next to a busy freeway interchange and a six flags amusement park. It was so loud all night I hardly slept. Not sure if she thought it was a joke or just didn’t know the lay out of the hotel. Either way it was unacceptable and I was very annoyed. ”

“Everything was very good to great. Only recommendation is the staff be up to speed on availability of the trolley transportation. The check-in staff didn't know and as guest we didn't know to ask. We just stumbled on the availability ourselves. ”

“1. Staff was professional and courteous. 2. This property is under construction, so be aware of the work being done between the hours of 9am-6pm. 3. Breakfast is $10 and it was a grab and go only. 4. It's right off the hwy, so traffic can be heard at all times of day and night. Sleepless night. 5. Shuttle to stadiums and six flags. ”
