“Had a great stay! Was welcomed in the hotel with a great staff. ”

“The are no elevators and lots and lots of very steep steps. There isn’t even a dumb-waiter for luggage. The is also no bell service. When I ask if I could get help the guy said “nawh, we don’t do that.” There is no hair dryer. The carpet next to the baseboards is filthy. Your room features a flimsy key lock and dead bolt. It doesn’t feel “historic” more like sketchy. The body wash smelled nice. ”

“the room was very noisy, both from the windows and from the room's door. A lot of noise come from the corridors, when people walking or talking. the most isolated place was the bathroom.”

“The breakfast was not worth the extra cost with runny eggs and gray potatoes. Yuck. Our keys did not work in our first room and they had to switch us to another room. The tv in our new room did not work properly and had to be hard reset (shut down and started back up) every time we switched a very channels. One of the elevators had a busted key scan. But, the staff was nice and the rooms were clean.”

“The commons section of the hotel is great and comfortable, with the fireplace present. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The shower could have been cleaner, but overall it was a great experience. There were good food options as well at this hotel. ”

“Room floor was dirty, ants everywhere. Moved bed to be closer to outlet and find bottom of bed full of trash from previous stays. Bedsheets as well as towels all stained and walls covered in dust. Very neglected place.”

“OMG this place is the BEST!! Food options are amazing. Try the drinks, salad, onion soup at Le Suprême. Explore the whole joint…rooftop, gym, lounges on 2 and 14. Easy walk to all sports venues. Friendly, helpful. I could live here and some do!”

“Stayed for business. Clean, spacious room, newer contemporary style bathroom, walking distance to the Federal courthouse and the downtown attractions. On side few dining options stake house and breakfast, Starbucks. Gym, pool and jacuzzi on the site. One thing to note valet parking services were somewhat slow but maybe because it was weekend and there was only one robe and no disposable sleepers, also didn’t see any usual items in the bathroom such as shower cap. But overall I will definitely...

“Was "upgraded" to a room with two queens. With two people a King is what we wanted and didn't need the second room. One the second night there was an alarm that went off in the hallway or another room all night. Got no sleep. ”

“One of the worst hotel rooms I've EVER had in my life. Right next to a STAFF elevator that goes all day and all night. An air conditioner that would not stop at night and froze the room. When we turned the heat on in the morning, it ran for a minute or two and then kicked over to air conditioning again no matter what we did. I feel you guys should have paid us to stay in that room!
