“They were great clean and very friendly staff”

“The room was definitely dirty. Had to change rooms because the television kept going out, the toilet would not flush and the refrigerator did not work. The second room smelled like cigarette smoke but we dealt with it because we were too tired to leave again. We did not get cleaning service on the second day so we had to ask for tissue and towels. When they did clean the floor was still nasty and full of crumbs. Definitely not a good look for a Marriott brand hotel.”

“Their was no roaches from the room door until we left... Couldn't sleep ROACHES everywhere so I sleep in my car. Ask for a refund the lady gave me ANT SPRAY LORD help me and still no refund an still sleep in the car”

“Room was very dirty. Hair every where. Bottom of tub cracked and peeling. Hair in towels and all over the room. Stained comforter and sheets ”

“I didn't like the check-in fee of a $50 security deposit that has not been refunded. Also didn't like being locked out of my room key didn't work.”

“This was my second time that front desk guy makes me to do reservation on line instead to do walking reservation, telling me than that not is possible at that moment, and There is a lot opportunity to improve breakfast.”

“The breakfast was ok. No water in the pool, property was a bit rundown and not the cleanest. The AC in the room was very loud.”

“The place itself is fine—it’s clean and well-located—but the overall experience was terrible. We went three days without air conditioning. The manager doesn't resolve anything and has a very poor attitude. To top it all off, on Saturday—our day off—a fire alarm activated. before 6:00 a.m. and kept ringing for over an hour, Well, personally, it was a very bad experience.”

“This is a terrible hotel dirty rooms and bad services bedsheets had yellow stains ”

“Check in delayed to 6pm. No 3pm checkin as advertised. Room door partially separated from top hinge by loose screws. Had to lift up on door handle for door to square up to fit into the doorjamb when arriving- leaving. Floors dirty. Feet and socks dark with dirt after walking from bedroom into bathroom and back. Toilet seat visibly dirty. Pool very cloudy so couldn’t see bottom and walls.”

“Room was clean, missing a smoke detector in room, definitely needs some updated, stairs were worn out and not the cleanest. They only had cereal for the breakfast, pool was absolutely disgusting and had a live duck swimming in it, kinda had a mildewy smell throughout ”
