“I was stuck in lift for 20 mins then room phone was ringing in the middle of the night caused disturbance ,overall it’s good stay”

“Worst hotel I have stayed ever. Everything was old and looked dirty. Even towels looked not washed properly. Free Breakfast was a joke. Just muffins and sugary juice. Broken coffee machine. They have only one person at the front desk in whole property. Avoid if you can.”

“Property had recent flood damage and extremely loud remediation fans were on all night long in the hallways. Room smelled like a wet dog and like the previous guest smoked in it. Walls and doors had animal scratches all over them. Do not stay at this property”

“I selected this hotel based on three criteria: Safe, pet friendly, and breakfast included. I paid for the room through Expedia as was required. When I got to the property at 10:30pm, the young man at the desk was very nice, but let me know that I needed to pay. I was really tired, so I thought, "Maybe Expedia didn't charge?" “Rooms are not clean. Parking lot doesn't feel safe. Breakfast area is unhygienic”

“My stay was for 10 days. King Size Suite. The front desk staff was excellent. Upon my arrival to the room, I wiped everything down with Lysol just for my benefit. The furniture was old, drawers not closing properly. The linen had small holes in one of the sheets, however, the bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner kept the room cool like I wanted it. Each time the cleaning staff serviced my room, they only did one thing each time. Change the towels only, when the trash was also...

“My technicians belongings were removed from his room and placed in an area where general public had access to. And eventually stole his stuff. We asked the manager for an explanation on why his staff would not have secured his belongings and he had no answers for us, no recourse offered. He filed a police report and was then asked to leave the property. I will never stay there again or recommend otherwise.”

“It need to be shut down I wouldn’t recommend no one to stay there i reserved my room online for $90 which was a king size bed get to the room it was a queen which I payed for a king and I had to do a deposit of $62 more dollars”
