“A well maintained Inn. Very picturesque room, lovely grounds and very friendly Innkeeper family. The only issue is it is pretty remote, so if you don't have a car challenging (and costly) to get around. ”

“One of the best cottages in the Rustico/ Cavendish area! The two bedrooms are perfect for a family and the cottage is spacious with beautiful views. Nice that there's a playground and beautiful path to the water and an outdoor pool and hot tub. Cottage #1 is closest to the road and does get traffic noise but think the higher number cottages are probably very quiet. ”

“We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was convenient, quiet, and close to the ocean, national park, and the local fisherman’s market. The room was clean and comfortable. We especially appreciated having a kitchen and refrigerator, which made it easy to cook our own meals during the trip. The property was peaceful and a great place to relax after sightseeing. “A little dated, as all are in that area, but clean. Easy parking and near everything. Love the fact that somebody called me to let me know about checking in when I didn't arrive before the office closed, much appreciated!”

“The room was clean and it was very cold when we got in from spending time in the rain. It took bit for the heat to warm up the room. There was breakfast included with the room, but it didn't start until 8am and we needed to leave around 6am.”

The kitchen is well-equipped with just about everything you’d need, and there are plenty of blankets and heaters in every room to keep things cozy and comfortable in the fall weather. The location was ideal for our trip and felt peaceful and private. There was a hiccup with the WiFi when we arrived, which made it a bit tricky to get in touch at first.
