“Very clean, comfortable, spacious, family neighborhood (house next door!), friendly staff go above board to help, many smart, thoughtful ideas built into rooms, accessible room is really good, good filling hot and cold breakfast choices. Pool is small, ?no hot tub?, parking isn't free but is well lit - otherwise a perfect place to stay near Seal Beach. Great value for the price.”

“This hotel is amazing! My room was so clean! The whole place was actually very well kept. I really appreciated how clean it was in my room though. I actually felt comfortable walking around barefoot and took my shoes off inside lol. Great value. Great location. Walk to the beach in 3 mins. Nice people working there. Next time I'm here I'll stay again. Thanks for providing fresh clean rooms for us 😃 I even left a tip for the maid”

“Lovely home in an unbeatable location. The views from the rooftop patio are just incredible - ocean, Queen Mary, downtown LB, Naples.The two master bedrooms on separate floors with expansive mirrored closets and fully tiled showers in the bathrooms are like having separate hotel suites. There are a lot of stairs but you get used to it. The bay and ocean are steps away in either direction and there’s a small market located right across the street.We loved it!”
