“The room screen(mold and dirt) is not clean and smell. The room floor is not clean, the sofa is not clean, the bed spread is not clean, the bathroom floor is not clean. The room is spacious but not clean.”

“The location is fine as it is 15mins walk to Legoland. The path however, is unsafe and next to bushes. Ended up full of mosquitos bites. Accomodation wise, the place has a pest control issue- lots of ants and saw a few cockroaches too. The towels and bedding are substandard. Definitely not a high end place, at most this is a 1 to 2 star place. ”

“Pool: Poor condition! Unit: Very clean. Location: Perfect, lotsa eateries and mini marts. Check in process: Need improvement between housekeeping & management. Despite advising our check in time and confirmation that we were able to check in at 3pm, our keys arw not available as unit still under housekeeping status. Keys collected close to 5pm. We could have done so much things in that 2hrs waiting!”

“We arrived and asked what our unit number and the password were but we had no idea because the property never sent us an email which they were supposed to beforehand. It took 30-40 min to figure out when we were very tired from the trip & Legoland. They never apologized.”
