“My husband and I recently stayed at Aqui Hoy for 4 nights and while it was a bit isolated, it was a relaxing and peaceful location. We had the place to ourselves, so that was lovely, but I do think that having neighbours in the adjoining cabin would have impacted on our privacy, had there been someone in the room beside us. “The staff is very helpful and attentive, the hotel is beautiful, sparkling clean and the garden is lush. I need to mention that entry with a vehicle can be be difficult because the gate can be opened only from the reception and if no one is available, there is just no way to open it. And it is a longish walk from the gate to the hotel, which we had to do under pouring rain to get to our taxi outside. Other than that, the stay was amazing and even better than expected for the price. Honestly...

“I want to share my experience so people can mange their expectations. The staff was polite and helpful and many things were out of their control like the weather. There was a terrible storm that got one of the beds soaking wet and there was not much they could do about it. Since it was rainy season the bed never dried and developed a foul odor. The water is not for swimming at least in my opinion, we even saw someone urinating from another deck.”
