“Mi estancia fue excelente, el servicio de los butler's luis y alexis fue genial muy atentos, en la piscina de niños igual ever y mauricio siempre pendiente de nosotros y en el restaurant lotus el chef gerry tambien. Solo algo que señalar que no nos gusto fue que tuvieran el restaurant Barracuda de niños cerrados por la supuesta baja ocupacion del hotel eso lo vi mal porque si tienes 8 restaurant de adultos como vas a cerrar el unico que tienes para niños y otra cosa que deben mejorar es el menu...

If you have accommodation in the charran sanctuary area you will come across colonies of charran nesting there: it may be interesting but we had to ask for a change of room because at the entrance to the house and on the terrace there were excrements and it was not pleasant to see or smell.
