“Would never return, the food was straight up bad and we were left so confused that that had been a highlight from so many reviews. Super well traveled and honestly just so disappointing. Paid SO much and upgraded to the “inspira” the “butlers” did literally not one thing.. the couldn’t even restock our mini fridge and my mom was left trying to get into the room waiting for help for an hour. This is the first negative review I’ve ever posted… we were just confused it felt like a scam. Everyone...

“ All is well until the hotel decided to host Passover for about 1500 people that were coming in and started shutting down our accommodations. We ended up with three restaurants left on our last two days because they were accommodating the group coming in. They also forgot about their regular guest and were more attentive for the ones coming in, which was very disappointing.”

“El hotel está muy cómodo, para plan familiar es perfecto.. la habitación es muy amplia y cómoda, el único detalle que noté fue que desde el día 1 de mi llegada no había reservaciones en ningún día, disponibles para ciertos restaurantes de cena y me fui sin poder conocerlos, eso deberían de tomarlo en cuenta para los que estamos llegando al hotel, Del personal que destacaron por su servicio, carisma y atención fue el ”

“The location is lovely and unique. If you have accommodation in the charran sanctuary area you will come across colonies of charran nesting there: it may be interesting but we had to ask for a change of room because at the entrance to the house and on the terrace there were excrements and it was not pleasant to see or smell. I have noticed little efficiency in removing it along the road leading to the accommodation and only after pointing it out. You will happen to find cherrans at the bar...

“Staff are friendly but there were not enough staff at the front desk when I arrived. Even though around 4pm and only 1 family was there, we waited more than 30 minutes. Butlers were also friendly but often not available. Room was clean but housecleaning was not perfect e.g. no cleaning until 3pm, towels were missing, and the minibar wasn’t properly restocked.”
