“La struttura e5 grande molto curata ed ha un atmosfera di relax e calda accoglienza. Ottima l'accoglienza alla reception, personale cordiale e disponibile. La camera di buona dimensione, ben arredata, letto comodo e bagno spazioso, forse poco insonorizzata e qualche cliente poco civile si fa sentire durante la notte. “Das Hotel verfügt über sehr schöne, saubere Zimmer und ist sehr gut gelegen. Das Personal ist stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Besonders Ana Villagran hat uns sehr geholfen. Wir haben schon in einigen Hotels übernachtet, aber niemand hat uns jemals so gut behandelt wie Ana. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Hotel ohne Zweifel weiterempfehlen. “Das Hotel ist am Ortseingang, aber in Seenähe gelegen. Die Zimmer sind etwas klein, aber es gibt einen Aufenthaltsraum mit Seeblick und Schreibtischen. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, litt aber etwas an dem Desinteresse des Personals. Das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich und effizient. ”

“We stayed two nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was nice and comfortable and the view from our second floor room was breathtaking. We also really enjoyed and appreciated the breakfasts! The staff was friendly and accomodating. We arrived after dark tired from a long day of traveling and were greeted warmly. When we conveyed that we'd had no dinner the receptionist shared her dinner with us. That kind and generous gesture was certainly unexpected and absolutely delightful! ...
