Very clean property and room, comfy beds, heated pool that is open 24 hrs a day, hot tub, kiddie pool, fresh Krispy Kreme donuts and good coffee, icees, and drinks in the lobby 24 hrs a day, and friendly staff. Excellent location for all things in Pigeon Forge. Our stay included vouchers for free pancake breakfast at Reagan’s Pancake House across the road. “This is a new and great hotel. Everything you needed was there for you. So clean and relaxing. The kitchen was perfect and the breakfast bar was great. Beautiful grounds and pool. I will definitely go back. Recommend 100%”

“Very clean. Staff was friendly. We needed additional blankets and the front desk gave us some. Nothing to complain about. Breakfast is to go. You can grab a Coffee, Popcorn, Donuts, Cookies and similar items to go... by the check in reception. We would stay here again.”

“Since the property was newer, the overall experience was not horrible, but some things were not up to par. The bathroom does not have any hooks which is a bit inconvenient. Initially, the room was not properly cleaned and the bathroom door was missing a lock- they did take care of these issues. Breakfast timings listed online are different than the times there. Also, on the last day, there was no hot water in the shower.”
