“The sofa sleeper in my suite was broken. The room was dirty. There were dishes in the dishwasher. And the breakfast was not all that great. They didn’t have a good selection of anything. You either had waffle, oatmeal, greasy looking pork sausages , hard scrambled eggs or cereal, white bread, bagels, egg muffins, milk there was no yogurt very poor selection. “I was very disappointed with my stay. When I arrived, the room had not been cleaned properly. There was a blood stain on one pillowcase and another unknown stain on a second pillowcase, which was unacceptable. The room also smelled like old cigarette smoke, making it very unpleasant. In addition, the bathtub continuously backed up with water while I was using it, and the walls were noticeably dirty. “We had a great stay. The front desk and leadership staff were awesome- they were so friendly. We would definitely stay again.”

“The hotel grounds and room were very clean. We traveled with our dog and had no issues. Our suite had a kitchen which had all the plates, cups and utensils needed. The hotel staff was amazing! Shout out specifically to Aaron at the front desk, who couldn't have been anymore helpful. Breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day!”

“The room was clean the gentleman at the front desk when we checked in was very expeditiously with our keys and even told us if we had any problems to call him back down and he will take care of it breakfast was OK I understand hotels was full there were a lot of guests from the power outage.”

“This hotel was only convenient for attending the concert. The hallways were dirty, and the breakfast options were limited to bagels, pancakes, or bread. Dogs were allowed, but the doors had to be slammed when exiting the rooms, which disturbed my sleep. The exterior was littered with garbage, and the parking lot was in disarray. There were bugs crawling in the rooms, and the ceiling was leaking. They need some upgrades to their establishment. It also seems as they don’t have the staff to keep it...

“My overall stay was great.. I’m very picky about cleanliness, the bathroom tub should have been cleaner.. I always bring cleaning supplies to ensure my comfort of cleanliness, upon cleaning it was obvious that mopping and additional cleaning should have been done.. But from the naked eye it was clean. The staff was overall nice and friendly. I enjoyed the free happy hour, breakfast option and other amenities.. The hotel is aesthetically beautiful. I felt safe and that’s also very important.”
