“This place offers an affordable price compared to other hotels in Traverse City. I chose it mainly to have a place to sleep. I used silicone ear plugs to help with noise since the air conditioning unit and traffic can be loud. It has excellent hot water and a small refrigerator, which I really appreciate. There is plenty of parking. I will stay at this place again.”

“I stayed with my wife for 2 nights in early July and we were very pleased with the Inn and the room. Great sunsets from the beach over the East Bay. They get the little details right: cookies in the reception, a welcome note, a night light in the bathroom, steamer instead of an iron, easy parking on site.”

“Absolutely awesome place to stay at a great rate! Minor issue in getting the unit access code, got it 6 hours before check in instead of 48 hours. Other than that, everything was top notch! ”

“Not enough towels provided. There is a post note in the bathroom suggesting to hang your towels. To save water. Pillows are too soft. Breakfast was minimal. Everything seemed condensed. No coffee maker in the rooms. Probably won’t stay there again. Also trying to figure out what an additional charge for $44.00 was? Desk clerk said not to worry it’s nothing. Well it’s on my credit card.”

“overall the property was decent. The complimentary breakfast was good. hot pancakes and eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy all cooked. self serve breakfast included cereal and oatmeal. coffee, milk and juice. the pool was nice, unfortunately, the hot tub was not working at the time. we were about 5 miles away from downtown Traverse City. there were a lot of restaurants that were close by.”

“Housekeeping was terrible never cleaned or refreshed towns for 4 days/ 3 nights. Property run down, room smells musty. Kids had fun at beach and pool. Good location”

“Where to start… There is only one staff member on at a time. No housekeeping M-W according to the front desk. We had to ask for towels and tissues for the room. Room was filthy and the top sheet had sand on it from the previous visitor. Carpeting was stained. Tub had stains. Shower was lukewarm warm at best. Ice machines in hotel broken. Used our towels and was told to put outside the room for someone to pick up which never happened. Our room was second floor right near the washer and dryer. The...

“Loved the look and overall feel of the environment. Great amenities, great food, huge parking lot and nice shopping and spa. Seems to fit well for families, couples and a simple retreat. Not very far from the city and golf course was lovely.”

“The room was too small especially when sofa bed was extended: there was barely any room to navigate or out our luggages. Toilet paper and Kleenex ran out during our stay. The frying pan was in terrible shape. ”
