“The hotel is attached to a casino which is being refurbished. We therefore found that we were woken by workmen and the interior was a building site. The staff are excellent and compensated for the state of the building. If you intend staying there in the next year, I'd suggest you find out first of all whether the building works have been completed. “This is a lovely place to stay for a refreshing rest and get away from it all. The room was beautifully decorated and comfortable, with delightful touches to make us feel welcome - for example, a welcome glass of sherry and fresh rusks.
