“It was a lovely place and the staff were good except for an interaction with the large receptionist, she was extremely passive aggressive and brings the entire experience down. The rest of the experience was great. ”

“Very helpful staff. Very friendly, and made shuttle transfer to and from airport a breeze. Just call them and they’ll meet you there, or ask for a shuttle from the front desk. After calling from the airport, they arrived within 10 min. When asking from the front desk to head back to airport, they had a driver ready in just a min or 2. “This is a new and modern hotel, clean, bright and appealing. I chose to stay on the east end of Albuquerque for ease of travel out of town the next morning. It was close to gas stations which was helpful and easy to access from I40 but quiet too. They had a security fence and gate around the property so I had zero worries about my car filled with snow-bird belongings. “We like to stay at the Best Western Rio Grande because it is easily accessible, close to Old Towne, it is clean, the grounds are well kept, the staff is great and there’s a restaurant that offers a selection for a free breakfast instead of corn flakes and a waffle. We had our small service dog with us and they were very accommodating. ”

“I booked a Two bed suite with a pull out bed, and when I checked in they gave me a one bed room and when I told them they said they were all booked up and couldn’t give me what I booked but I could pay for another room with one bed. The manager was rude so I just canceled and went to another hotel. Will never stay at this hotel again”
