“Only thing I was upset about was the tv didn’t work and staff could not fix it, but other than that worth the money, also nothing around there to but beach nice and ok with going 30 min to get to stuff then it’s perffect”

“They have lots of problems with the water supply. We didn’t have water to use for at least half the time we were there. Frustrating. Also there is not hot water.”

“Hay cambio de administración y están haciendo el esfuerzo de mejorarla, pero en general está muy desgastadas las instalaciones, les falta ventilador (no de techo) por el calor, la alberca no tiene las baldosas al 100%, en las habitaciones no hay limpieza rigurosa y no garantizan que funcione todo. Las comida el servicio de su personal excepcional! Les tomamos mucho cariño pero deben invertirle al hotel para que sea algo agradable y que dé gusto disfrutar. ”
