“Lovely environment, respectful staff”

“The spa was closed for the entire duration of our stay. The microwave, fridge, and lights in the guest toilets and the second bedroom ensuite were not working. When I escalated these issues, staff assured me they would be fixed the next day, but nothing was done. I ordered food through the kitchen service, but the order was sent to another room by their own error. “Arrived and could not find reservation. Room booked was to include seperate sitting area, kitchenette and private balcony. It did't have any of these. Room was filthy. Advertised pool, but it was empty.”

“Flying insects (And mosquitoes) all over the room even at night Inside the air conditioning. Maybe the place has not been fumigated since the pandemic lockdown but the sanitary ware are almost falling apart. Entertainment system isn’t stable and the intercom is very useless ”
