“The room was excellent and clean, the staff were lovely - the front desk my first night was so helpful and went above and beyond. Each time I went to the front desk the rest of my stay they were so wonderful. Room service was phenomenal, and the gentleman who brought my food up remembered me when he saw me in the restaurant the next day. The service was impeccable. And the food at the Crossings was delicious! ”

“Management seems to be terrible. All staff are unhappy and complaining about the new management threatening to fire them and get new staff. They are always out of food items and you have to share staff for the front desk and bar area.”

“This establishment is one you want to skip! While it looks decent from photos, we spent our time being evacuated several times due to fire alarm concern. However; come to find out it was In response to folks tampering with smoke detectors. Was advised folks were asked to leave yet, this continued to happen. Waking up to a piercing alarm while supposed to be stress free is not ideal and not something one can get any sleep experiencing. I’ve asked to speak to manager at the establishment.. no...
