“The Ledgestone is one of my favorite places to stay. It's affordable and close by to important areas when my daughter is in town competing. Our last trip however had some sort of broken bed situation. I'm not sure what was going on. It didn't feel sturdy. Every time we get back from competition it's usually about 11 PM and there's no one at the front desk. “The staff were nice, but the overall condition of the hotel was absolute garbage. Super dirty, smells really bad, bed was really hard, pillows had the physical appearance of being at least 10 years old (I have sheets with more fluff than what these pillows had), & didn't even trust sleeping under the covers. Ended up sleeping on top of the covers in fear of being eaten by bed bugs. Virtually zero security measures for this place as anybody can walk in off the street through any access...

“Room was not cleaned or sheets changed from previous guest(s). Blood/pus stains and "human debris" in bed. Call to front desk resulted in someone coming up to change bedding (25mins/10:00pm). After we were in (now clean) bedding (11:00p) management offered us another room. Our decline of their offer resulted in management refusing any refund or compensation due to our declination of moving to a new room.”
