“A lovely stay in the heart of town, walking distance to most attractions. Bikes are provided for rides, Greenbelt path is blocks away. A/C excellent on day there was a heat wave and an umbrella was by the door on a day that had rain. The property was well kept. So nice to see a historic home repurposed as a guest house.”

“The hotel is located in a quiet area. The rooms are clean. The bed is very comfortable, especially the pillows. The bathroom has good shampoos. I was particularly surprised by the breakfast. The dining room is large and clean. There's a huge selection of food. I'd especially like to highlight the omelette, sausages, potatoes, and sauces.”

I contacted room service to request a refill, but was told they had none available, so we had to drive to a nearby store and buy our own. The next day, I requested fresh towels. Instead of bringing them to our room, I was told to come to the front desk because there wasn't enough staff. While I understand staffing challenges, the way it was communicated was not very courteous or...
