“I really liked everything”

“Very close to the airport but there’s a lot that needs improvement. Housekeeping never seem to receive a call, we had to call the reception every time we needed something and sometimes the staff never arrived. There was a leaky lamp in the bathroom that continuously dripped water. We brought it to the attention of the staff, however, nothing was done at all to address it. There were loud noises at night and we had to call reception to make them stop with the noises. Utter and complete disregard...

“Absolutely awful. The place stank as soon as we walked in, and the receptionist couldn’t even find our booking. We paid for a comfort room with 3 double beds — first room had 1 bed, second had 2 singles and they suggested one of us sleep on the floor. Both rooms smelled so bad he had to spray them before we entered. Nothing like what we booked. Total scam. We left immediately and booked somewhere else. Avoid at all costs — if I could give it -1 stars, I would. ”
