buon compromesso
L'hotel è buono pulito ed accogliente. Le camere un pò piccole ma molto pulite. ha uno splendido roof garden dove si può anche pranzare o cenare. L'unica pecca la proprietaria e il figlio che con un tablet vanno a caccia dei clienti clienti per far mettere tutte recensioni positive su tripadvisor e infatti ha l'88% di preferenze. Intendiamoci l'hotel è molto carino e pulito ma mi ha dato molto fastidio il fatto che il proprietario facesse per te le recensioni su tripadvisor. In ogni caso lo consiglio

Great hotel: would stay there again in a hearbeat
Fantastic little hotel tucked away on a nice residential street, along with houses and two other hotels. Close to the train station (although maybe not quite walking distance) and a five-minute walk from the Hathroi Gadi Fort, which is now a shrine. My room was small but comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is filled with artwork personally chosen by the owner, whom I had the pleasure of meeting. Best of all, they have a great rooftop restaurant which is open all day and provides 360 degree with good, inexpensive food. The best place to start the day or relax at the end of it!

Too Old Too cold and i have to pay for the heater with extra charge. And it is such an indian style bathroom Only rooftop was good. Foods are delicious In short I dont recommend here

The hotel was beautiful and and clean, we were given an extra room for free and the staff were very helpful. It is tourist friendly and the rooftop restaurant offers such a wide variety of food. Wifi is good but a bit slow. Overall, really well kept and we slept very well :)

Adequate room. Don’t expect service with a smile.
Adequate room. Staff could improve their customer service skills. It doesn’t take much effort to say hello to guests on arrival or open the door for someone who is struggling with luggage. Roof top restaurant is ideal place for breakfast. Food is ok.

Comfortable , Secure & with easy access
Friendly and supportive staff. I came early and they provided me with a resting room till my own room was ready. I stayed seven days in a quiet room. The owner was a very nice lady Vineeta and she said she was running the family owned business by herself with her son for the last ten years. Location was good and within short tuktuk rides of most places.

Nice outside nice rooftop. Rooms very dated no window small room. Our room was opposite to the lift and next to staff hotel toilets and underneath the restaurant. So a very noisy room the whole day and night. We wouldn't stay again.

Quiet and clean room
Hotel room was located in the first floor. The room was clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. I had pizza in the rooftop restaurant and it was tasty. Not the best, but still good. There are some restaurants and cafes nearby, so it's easy to find a place to eat outside the hotel as well. They have wifi, but it had some connectivity problems when I was in a middle of Skype call. I would stay here again but only for night or two. For longer stay I would book a more cozy hotel.

Great Jaipur hotel with beautiful rooftop
Really nice hotel in a good location tucked off a main street alongside a few other guest houses. A long walk or short tuk tuk to pink city. Hotel looks like the photos, clean, well priced and has a beautiful rooftop with pretty good food. The owner is lovely and makes an effort to get to know the guests. Would definitely recommend this place.

Good, quite and very clean hotel. Reasonable price. There is indoor and rooftop restaurant and the food is really good. Hotel offers Jaipur tour for reasonable price.

Nice hotel close to the station
I arrived at the Jaipur station very early morning with my heavy bags and it's too early to check in so I wanted to take a little rest before check-in for a few hours, but a hotel staff firstly resisted and took a very offensive attitude towards me. It's a bad experience. As to room conditions, it's very good with confortable wi-fi and air conditioner.

Hotel is decorated beautifully and located in centre of pinkcity. The rooms are beautiful and top notch. The bathrooms are clean and spacious too. The staff is excellent and friendly.

Excellent hotel located centrally,beautiful room
I was firstly very confused while deciding a place to stay, then i saw hotel Kalyan and I was glad that I did. The rooms are top notch,with traditional styled decor and quiet rooms. The bathrooms are also very clean and spacious. The wifi is a big plus as it is high speed. We did not expected this service in budget category. The staff is always ready to help us with a smile and is really polite. We would be coming soon to jaipur and will definitely chose this place again. Also they provided me free pickup service even at midnight.

Hotelzimmer entspricht unseren Erwartungen (wiederholter Aufenthalt in Indien). Das Restaurant auf dem Dach entsprach nicht unseren Vorstellungen. Zum Frühstück waren die Tische nicht sauber und der Boden wurde erst gegen 09:30 vom Unrat des vergangenen Tages befreit, was dann leider erst nach dem Frühstück lag. Die auf der Speisekarte ausgewiesene Preise verstehen sich zuzüglich Steuern/Gebühren.

Desde la recepción ya no empezamos bien, lenta, habitual en la India, pero además grosera. El edificio está bastante mejor que otros hoteles de la zona, aún así lejos de los estándares de limpieza que se le exige a un hotel. Dicho esto el hotel cumple su función, dispone de un restaurante correcto en su azotea. Como nota a destacar y a agradecer es que por una indisposición me llamaron a un médico que acudió a los pocos minutos. Si tu presupuesto te lo permite busca algo mejor, si quieres gastarte 20 euros por una habitación igual este hotel es el tuyo.

They cancelled my booking for their own profit .
Please don't book this hotel online from any website. They denied my booking showing lame excuses that my visa card details are invalid which I carried with me and shown to them but having no effect, these all for their own profit and interest and diverted us to another below category hotel. I had to shift with my family and luggage instead of confirmed booking in Oct'16 for their own customers who may pay at higher rate. They are very good business man. What was my fault can Expedia or Kalyan tell me. May I get any compensation from Expedia or Kalyan the way they harassed me who went to Rajasthan from West Bengal for tour purpose. Immediately black list this hotel from online booking web sites. Very shocking experience at Jaipur Rajasthan.

O hotel e antigo e administrado pela mesma familia desde a sua abertura ha mais de 30 anos. O mobiliario, decoracao e instalacoes parecem ser da mesma epoca. Chamam a atencao as pecas de decoracao. Vale a pena o restaurante no terraco. A comida e boa e o espaco aconchegante. A simpatica proprietaria costuma circular por la a noite e conversar longamente com os hospedes.

very bad experience
when we booked the hotel, we clearly mentioned that we need a non-smoking room. when we arrived we were given a smoking room. when I asked th hem about it, they told me to just open the windows and in few minutes the smell will go away (?). when I insisted that I have a child and *need* a non-smoking room, they gave me a different room and that didn't have any smell. But, soon found out that there was an ash tray kept in that room! so, they don't have any non-smoking rooms is what I concluded. Their hallway also smelled with cigarette smoke few times during our stay. Their hallways are narrow and also had very dim lights and you get a feeling if it is a decent hotel. Food in their restaurant was not at all good and we had to wait for 20mts for someone to come and take the order when no other customers were there in the restaurant at the time when we went. We were lucky that the restaurant in the hotel (Pearl palace) across the street had excellent food and we dined there every night. Overall, even though their price seems cheaper, I definitely won't recommend any people with kids to go there. Instead for rs.100-200 more per night, you can find much better hotels nearby in walking distance where you will feel more peaceful.

Hostel feel
We wanted to experience privately owned hotels while in India. All rated high on Trip Advisor and were quite enjoyable except for this hotel. This hotel had hostel signs everywhere. The room was filthy, had not been cleaned. It also did not feel safe to be there. There was no toliet paper, shampoo, hand soap, even no sheets on the bed. We asked for a room change and were denied - until a young man who worked there managed to get us a new room. We booked for two nights but only stayed the one night. We would not recommend and are surprised at the Trip Advisor ratings on this hotel.

Clean budget hotel
Stayed in Hotel Kalyan in the days running up to Christmas 2015. The hotel is in a great location, clean and the staff are very pleasant. One downside is the noise, our room was right next door to the kitchen and we were often woken up by the chatter and noise from here. The hotel offers wifi but it is quite limited in rooms. The rooftop restaurant has excellent views and offers a good range of food and drink items. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

pleasant experience except the fact that i was told the day after check in that outside food or drink were not allowed and also please note there are Veg only restaurants in this hotel. Hotel staff refuse to give plates when asked for in room.

La atención perfecta (tanto de la dueña como del resto del personal), también la comida, en la azotea del edificio decorada tipo chill out. Wifi muy rápida. Es mucho mejor de lo que uno espera de un hotel barato en India. Quizá tuve poca suerte en la habitación, me tocó planta baja y era ruidosa y con poca luz, pero lo demás muy muy bien

De lo mejor en India!
Muy recomendable el hotel, es de lo mejor en lo que nos hospedamos en nuestra estancia en India, el trato amable, el servicio bastante bueno, cubren todas las necesidades, es el único hotel de los que hemos estado en India que cumple lo que ofrece en cuanto a las habitaciones, agua caliente y el restaurante vale mucho la pena, tiene mucha variedad y es un respiro después de llevar una semana comiendo comida Hindu típica. Además de que se encuentra en una zona tranquila y eso siempre se agradece en la India...

nice rooftop
the hotel condition wasn't so great, the hallway to our room was very dark and the dull lights looked like they were going to fall out of the roof any minute. the room was decent. we were annoyed at the early morning construction work being done in the building, woke us up each time and interrupted our sleep. we met the owner and her children, very nice people, gave us complementary food and engaged in long conversation about our travels. the rooftop was amazing, definite highlight of the hotel!
