“We booked the hotel for the swimming pool already paid for it just to be towed to pool was not working. Seems like all these foreigners. Don’t care about the pools. They’re scared to waste money on it. And I’ve tried to get a refund, but Expedia decided to go with the hotel and wouldn’t give me my 160 bucks back.”

“The front desk clerk was good and nice. But let me tell ya the manager Chelsie tomblin was useless. Her front desk clerk let her know that her hotel was out of laundry supplies and nothing was done. I went and got my own. Just to come back to find out they had no quarters. Then the front desk clerk asks permission to get change and she told him NO. She said I needed to leave again and get my own change at a different business. The hotel was out of towel and I had to keep asking for pool...
