Dear guest, We apologize for the problems with the pool renovation in the Resort we want to keep our location up to the standards, we understand the inconvenience but we have to do it in order to keep our guests happy and we're happy with the new project. We know how frustrating this can be and we are so sorry for the inconvenience but you still can enjoy of 2 more pools at the hotel and the beautiful sea. We communicated this renovation on our website and on different channels to prepared our Resort's guests. We are sorry you experienced issues with the European plugs, we make our best effort to inform our guests about the electricity, we have on our website just to avoid these problems, we also have some plugs available at the Resort and Hotel but it depends on how many of our guests need them and we can certainly run out of plugs.
