Baite a Janesville

“the room had not been vacuumed (some ones dirty socks still on the floor). the stool was dirty & the shower walls were also dirty. the towels were clean but stained and we had to ask for more clean bath towels. stay somewhere else I will never be back.”

“My overall impression was just “meh”. There was no one monitoring the front desk. Finally saw a tiny sign that said to call 0 for help. So I did from the landline on the desk. After ringing for quite a while a man came from the back dressed like a mechanic. He had on a company shirt, but didn’t look professional and didn’t act particularly professional. No greeting. Hardly any engagement. The whole hotel desperately needs to be updated. The dishwasher was running loudly when we got to our room...

Suggest they get measuring spoons and single serve coffee did not appear to have necessary container to hold coffee grinds but does have ability to make pot of coffee so that was good. Bed is VERY COMFORTABLE. Would recommend this place for a couple or single person.”
