Motel a Janesville

“The smell of mold or a microbial substance was substantial enough that extra allergy medication and nasal spray were needed just to sleep. I do not advise those with breathing challenges like COPD or asthma to stay here. There was visible water damage on the ceiling edges and top of the tall mirror. The shower was clean, the sheets were clean, and the room was tidy. The staff was kind. The price is good.”

“I had a reservation on Aug 14th but couldn't check in. I filed a claim with Travel Guard, and they said the Hotel said I checked in. Poor service trying to resolve the matter with Tollway; the receptionist couldn't understand what I was saying and hung up.”

“Everything about that place was disgusting. People are lounging around in the inside of the motel and the outside. You can tell people are living in those rooms. I was in my room for about 30 minutes and asked for a refund. So dirty in this place. Never again.”

“I liked that the room was clean and comfortable. Also, the room was available as soon as I got there earlier than check in as I requested. That was super important as we had an event to attend on time.”

“Very pleasant and helpful owners. The room was clean and smelled fresh. Keep in mind that this is an older motel with a unique character, but the owners are making a real effort at updates and repairs to bring it back to its best. A little rough around the edges, but a pleasant stay just the same!”
