“The staff at Radja is the absolute best and were incredibly professional and accommodating, all the staff too. I stayed for 20 days so this review is not based off just a short visit, this hotel is truly great and I’m most likely going to stay here again in the future.”

“Dopo alcuni anni di assenza da Semarang sono tornato ed ho scelto il Grand Arkenso Hotel, ex Hotel Horison,hotel che ho sempre frequentato. Non ho trovato nulla di cambiato, a parte il nome. Molto cortesi alla reception; essendo arrivato prima dell'orario di check-in mi avrebbero dato una camera fumatori, ma ho aspettato un po' e mi hanno dato un camera anche con upgrade. Aveva infatti un bel divano ed era molto grande. Sempre ottima la colazione, molto varia e la piscina è sempre uno...

“The hotel was old, far different from the pictures on website. Found spider web in all corridor lights, all the way to bathroom lights. Moved bed aside to pick up dropped items and found nightmare of dust and dead roaches. Requested some cutleries and sauce (kecap manis) from the hotel and never heard anything back from the staff ever. Safe to say, I wont be going back to this hotel.”
