“The manager is extremely courtous and helpful. We had a situation while staying there and the manager aggressively attended to the situation and resolved it beyond our satisfaction.”

“My stay was perfect , absolutely no complaints. Arrived Pretty late at night , front desk gentleman was very friendly and welcoming. Got my room , room and bathroom were clean. Free parking . Very recommended. Thank you so much guys .”

“Prompt service upon arrival, with excellent comp gifts on check in that made the stay even better. Conveniently located with a very short walk to food and entertainment. Old Town Pizza is right around the corner and you are missing out if you don’t get some. Parking lot is nice and the rooms are modernized. Can’t beat for the price and convenience.”

“Parking was great - right outside our room. The check-in process was quick and easy and friendly. The decor in the room is a little tired, there was no ice in the ice machine and we couldn’t get any water from the bathroom taps but the bed was comfortable and we had a good nights sleep.”

“This is a truck stop motel. It was noisy, lots of truckers smoking and drinking outside on the premises. Had my family including a 5 year old and it just fell unsafe. Not recommended for family”

“The room could have been cleaner, but did like the room amenities -- shampoo, lotion, soap, etc. The free breakfast was pretty good -- better than I expected. Coffee was excellent.”

“The good things about this place was the staff and general cleanliness. The staff was helpful and the room was clean. The parking was adequate and they provided breakfast. I didnt have time to eat there but the option was a nice surprise.The room also had a high ceiling which made it feels less claustrophobic. The bad things were items that couldn't be easily changed. The carpet was a little gross. Commercial carpet with no pad underneath that was well worn and definitely darker than it's...

“Great location”

“It was passable, but don't set your expectations very high. The carpet didnt lay flat, and the flooring by the tub curling up. It's seen better days. The breakfast is only a prepackaged Svenhard's Danish. No prepared coffee with breakfast so you have to make it yourself in the room with the small machine. Next time we go wine tasting in the area we'll be looking for something a little better.”

“Air-conditioning unit was very very loud kept waking me up. There was also a buzzing intermittent every five seconds coming from the bathroom vent. I don’t know what that was.. Also kind of an odor in the room musty. I guess for a three star hotel it’s what to be expected.”

“Don’t bother staying there. The breakfast is from 6:am to 9:am. The beds are nearly sleeping on the floor.”

“The air conditioner in the room was very loud. The bed was high and the mattress was hard. The hotel is okay if you’re on a budget. I don’t think I would stay here again.”
