beautiful hotel but they have to improve some… I have stayed in this beautiful design hotel in the center of Warsaw twice. Unfortunately I cannot confirm the enthusiasm of the first time because the service has worsened, as well as customer service. In addition, they should not allow small and noisy children to enter the spa, they do not allow you to relax as it should be in a spa area. Worse than the children are the parents who dived and did not take care of not being alone. I also complained about this but they replied that for them it was normal like this. Too bad

La colazione è molto abbondante, soprattutto la sezione dei piatti salati. Comodissimo il distributore di acqua gratuita. La nostra camera era pronta prima dell'orario del check-in e questo ci è stato molto utile per la visita della città. Ci sono anche una sala fitness e una sala spa, ma non li abbiamo provati. Il letto e il cuscino sono molto comodi e morbidi. La stanza è insonorizzata, non si odono i rumori esterni. La temperatura della camera e dell'acqua della doccia è perfetta.

Splendida struttura, vicino al centro e molto silenziosa. Ottime le colazioni.
