Hotel vicino a Jefferson County Courthouse - Charles Town

“A few days after our stay, we saw we were double charged for the room. Once by Expedia (correct charge) and then by Home2 Suites (incorrect charge). Front desk person incorrectly charged our card instead of the Expedia account since we had booked and paid thru Expedia. This necessitated a call to Home2 Suites where a different clerk looked at the issue and corrected it. Had we not caught the error, we would have been double charged. This kind of mistake should not happen.”

“Breakfast is always good. Fresh. The staff is incredible and the night front desk lady (forgot her name) was engaging and so, so, helpful to everyone. Room was clean, halls didn't smell like pot (which a lot of hotels struggle with), it was quiet, and very convenient to races/slots. The shuttle bus was also clean with a friendly driver who was prompt.”

“I had a King Room - Non Smoking. My room was the third room in a hallway from a downstairs lounge. Smoke filled the corridor. There were closeable doors next to stairway down to the bar. Desk staff said she had never seen them closed in her 5 years there. I asked to be moved to another area away from the lounge. I was told nothing was available. Towels in the door gaps could not keep the smoke out. I will not stay there again.”

“Check in was easy. Charging me $40 for early arrival is crazy. Room was adequate for the price. Bar was closed all 3 days and breakfast was basic bagels and muffins. Handicap parking was full of locals that park there and ride the free shuttle to the casino. My wife is disabled so this was a concern. Casino was boring and full of smokers. All but one bar was closed along with both high end restaurants. Nothing spectacular to report. The one open bar had nothing but overpriced beer. How about...

“Everything was fine except we had to switch rooms 3 times, 1st room no air 2nd room no tv other than that every thing else was good.”

“Very nice, clean room, comfortable bed, laminate floors for cleanliness. Great, warm staff, very helpful. I would stay again.”

“Lovely Luxury with a spacious sunset suite. Very comfortable bed and sofa. Wish there were one or more sofa tables. staff were delightful, will definitely come again. Please add a cafe for guests not wanting a large expensive dinner. Breakfast Food was very good. Kitchen well equipped for beverage and snack storage, and very clean.”

“The hotel is about 10 minutes from the main Harper’s ferry attraction and brewery. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Downside to the hotel- it doesn’t look like it was well maintained! There were numerous spiders in the room, we didn’t have hot water when we showed late at night. Overall, the hotel is just mid and could be better maintained”

L' hotel e' ben posizionato rispetto ad Harpers Ferry anche se isolato da altre facilita'.Non abbaino consumato la colazione che sembrava minimale e di scarsissima qualità'. Prezzo economico. Nonostante tutto un rapporto sufficiente fra prezzo e qualità'.”

“What a gem! Stone Manor Boutique Inn has so much charm. The inn is filled with so many high quality details. The owners are friendly and welcoming. The grounds are beautiful with so many outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy. Breakfast was delicious. Fresh baked cookies were provided during our stay. The rooms were spacious and filled with old world charm furniture. We had a wonderful stay”

“We had the 2 bedroom suite downstairs. Very quiet and comfortable. Perfect for sleeping. Dark and cool. Very clean. Breakfast was nothing the brag about. Store bought danish/mini muffins/bagels/english muffin. Choice of eggs. Didnt see a meat or potato choice. Just eggs cooked your way or Western omlet. First day there was no bread for toasting. Coffee and juice. There was a keurig in the room, so no need to go upstairs until 9 am ehen breakfast is served. Beautiful countryside. I would stay...

“We stayed at this hotel while riding the C&O Tow Path. The staff was very supportive of accommodating our bicycles. There was a liced room for them. The included breakfast was plentiful with a variety of options. We would definitely stay here again.”

“This particular Quality Inn seemed very outdated and not as clean as others I have been too. I also felt the price was a little high but maybe it was the area I was in.”
