“Great breakfast, nice staff!”

“Everything with the room itself was great. It was clean and in a great location. My issue with this reservation was the amenities. They are not inlcluded. So even though the listing says they have pools and hot tubs, don't expect to be able to use them unless you pay more when you get there. This should be made clear to anyone that books at this resort. ”

“Great for an allergic person as there are hard surface floors in the rooms, which are somewhat spartan but well designed with lots of outlets, good lighting including a nightlight in the bathroom. Electronic keys for the rooms worked fine. My only concern would be for personal security if I were alone as the doors to the lobby open automatically for anyone and you can gain access to the elevator without passing through the main lobby. “The room was small. No chair, no couch, no place to put luggage out of the way. The shower stall door was broken and the bathroom was very small with no room to move around with two people. My husband fixed the blind in our room because it was broken. The water took 30 sec or more to get hot. Loved the breakfast.”

“The Grey Fox Inn was very nice and had everything we needed for our stay. Our only issue involved a booking error. We accidentally checked in a day later than the dates that were originally booked. On our second day, we were informed that we did not actually have a reservation for that night. Because we booked through Expedia, the inn would not apply the unused night we had already paid for toward the additional night we needed. “A literal 2 minute walk from the St. Albans train station which is nice and convenient. Nice clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was your average run of the mill hotel breakfast, but better than nothing. Also they have complimentary coffee 24/7 which is fantastic. 10/10 would stay here again”

“Good stay at the hotel. Rooms were clean and newer and the staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was free and easy to access and there were good restaurants close by. Great option for hotels if this class!!”

“We loved the location and the views from our room. The small bathroom was a little challenging. The biggest issue we had was the bed. The floor of our room wasn't level therefore the bed was slanted. Our heads were lower than our feet and it was pretty uncomfortable. They allowed us to leave our bikes in the bike rental building and I am pretty sure someone used my bike. Probably need better communication among staff.”
